What is Franchise Outlet/store?

It is an outlet / store which is owned and managed by the second party (Franchisee) which is regulated by the contract of Franchisee with EDWARD FORRER (Franchisor). The outlet uses solely Edward Forrer commerce brand and system.

Edward Forrer Franchise System

A. Cooperation period time
The cooperation of period time is 5 (Five) years count since the first signed of the Franchise contract between Edward Forrer with the Franchisee candidate.

B. Location Wide
- The wide of outlet location is minimum 100 m² (includes the storage area).
Location Description:
- Main street (Suggested 2 way direction)
- Suggested mix area (business & residence)
- Suggested the street is passing by
- Easy access to the location
- capacious park lot min. 5-7 cars

C. Early Investment
Invesment is cost USD 10,000 – USD 100,000 acording to the store wide location and the early stock suplying.
1. The investment value above will be used for:
- Franchise Fee
- The fee of making store interior and exterior
- Early stock suplying
- Surveying and training for the employee
- Store Operational Equipment
- Promotion and Legality

2. The investment value above is not given all directly to Edward Forrer. The payment first is Franchisee free, and the fee of early stock suply with giving the DP (Down Payment) first as much 25% from the total stock price after it is discounted.

3. The fee for making the store interior, store eqipment, legality, and rest of the fee that conect to the store opening arangement, Edward Forrer gives the full freedom to the franchisee but with Edward Forrer guidance.

D. Franchise Fee
The Franchise Fee has to be paid by the Franchisee candidate as much USD 2,500 for 5 years contract agreement.

E. Royalty Fee
Edward Forrer will give the dispensation in matter of Free Royalty every month which counts from the store turnover/profit each month as long as this cooperation held.

F. Stock Suplying
1. Stock capacity and outlet display for location wide minimum 100 m² are 1000 pairs of shoes with dengan display minimal 142 model.

2. Franchisee is expected to choose Edward Forrer shoes and bags that is wanted to be displayed in his/her outlet with the direction from Edward Forrer according to its need that will be offered by us via email or Edward Forrer website.

3. Edward Forrer will give the data of the bestseller stock from all of Edward Forrer Outlets.

4. Edward forrer will give the special discount for every Franchisee as much 45% for every stock ordered and must pay as much 55% (fifty five percent) from every stock price sold the costumer.

5. For every item that is ordered, Franchisee should pay the DP ( Down Payment ) as much 25% from the total product price after it is discounted.

6. Franchisee must settle the payment for every ordered stock, one day before it is delivered.
